I manage west coast client relationships while developing and leading multi-faceted digital strategies leveraging our integrated software solutions and digital delivery teams -- all for some of the most recognized brands in the world.  I identify and drive growth opportunities while fostering innovation that delivers on our clients' business goals.


As the principal point of contact for assigned client relationships, I am responsible for building long-term client relationships, anticipating client needs, and working with our supporting teams to coordinate efforts aimed at solving those needs.

Vice President, Operations

Lead and managed $65M ad business with 60+ person across four cross-functional teams responsible for campaign management, media operations, analytics, creative, production for anything listed or sold on Walmart.com.

Lead complex workflows across cross-functional teams to design and build custom digital content and creative assets for websites, landing pages, videos, social, etc.

Served as the conduit between the Triad HQ team, remote team members, the Walmart Media Group, and Walmart Labs across product, sales operations, marketing, and finance teams to align objectives and maximize efforts.

Lead and facilitated all meetings - provide status updates, identified obstacles and gaps; established, kept track of and reported on KPIs.  Aligned teams OKRs with WMG's OKRs.

Developed talent strategy - managed recruiting, hiring, nd career development for my teams; allocated resources based on shifting priorities, seasonality and workloads—to achieve critical business objectives.

Developed and executed an outsourcing plan—transitioning from in-house customer support to third-parties in Menlo Park and Dublin for the largest social media company.

Senior Sales Executive & Program Lead

Owned programmatic display campaigns across multiple entities including YouTube, Google Search App, G+ Suite, Nexus, and Pixel.

Created and delivered digital campaign plans and pitches for major clients across retail, finance, and travel industries including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Southwest Airlines, and Viking River Cruises.

Developed and managed sales strategies and plans to win new business and grow revenue; consulted with executives on developing advertising roadmaps.

Negotiated and executed programmatic deals with publisher and AdExchange partners on behalf of clients; recommended inventory and collaborated with Value Solutions and Programmatic Direct teams on key strategies and processes.

Developed, executed, and managed sales strategies and plans to sell marketing solutions such as DoubleClick for Advertisers, DoubleClick Rich Media, and DoubleClick Search. 

Expanded Intuit account by selling full suite of solutions including Invite Media (DoubleClick Bid Manager, which spent $6M programmatically on their TurboTax campaigns). 

Increased revenue of the University of Phoenix account by 300% quarter-over-quarter for three years.

Grew Experian account by 125% year-over-year while managing their complex reporting and custom data transfer requirements.

Recruited and hired new Account Managers; delivered product and sales trainings to new team members; coached team members on sales strategies and account management.

Managing Director, West Coast

Responsible for new business and growing existing client portfolio with marketing agencies, publishers, and brands for Western US region.

Led sales teams to drive sales of ad analytics products on web, mobile, and video platforms to enterprise clients including Microsoft, Yahoo!, Google, eBay, Intel, OMD, Saatchi LA, and Universal McCann.

Grew Microsoft and Yahoo business YoY by 150%—exceeding overall West Coast revenue numbers overall.
